If I have to choose I will choose Biden but I live in a Deep Blue state so voting for Biden don't change much. If I am in swing state you bet I will choose one or the other. As far as south goes I live 4 year in Alabama 2 year in Atlanta 3 year in Orlando. I know exactly what Racism means and SC beats the above state by a big margin. May be Tide is turning in big cities and let's see if Lindsay loose or not.

I always think state government are run much better by Republican Gov. E.g TX FL.
There is always a lesser evil and there is still time to vote! Vote the Green Party if nothing else!

SC is no more racist than other places. In the South, the racism is more obvious which the Northerners try to hide. But in bigger cities ANYWHERE no one has the time to care.

Democrats let their base go too far left, looked the other way when anarchy arose, and it has scared a lot of otherwise blue collar people to forget their economic interests and side with their safety. Democrats could have passed legislation to increase oversight on the police and root out as apples, but they have let the country fall apart for the sake of politics. One needs only go to San Francisco, what should have been a model city for democrats, and see how the city has gone down the tubes.

I have been going to California every few years, and it looks nearly hopeless for a middle class person to lead a decent life there.

They are too afraid to anger their base, that they are letting the following happen:

Another good post! A friend of mine in Oakland, CA is so fed up there he and his family wants to leave not just the city but the entire dang State!

That's one of the prime reasons I moved away from the Democrats lately! A few personal exchanges from the last few weeks with my Dem friends:
1) A friend lives in Portland, OR. A city which was under a siege for months. The friend blamed it on 'White Supremacists' for the violence. I rebutted him but no convincing--while his own city burns.
2) My neighbor and a best friend. When I expressed my disappointment over the harassment of Sen. Rand Paul in KY, he said something like 'well, he deserved it because he hasn't done anything in that case'. Sen. Paul could have been lynched along with his wife on the streets!
3) A friend, who justified the violence across the country after the poor black guy G. Flloyd was killed by the police. I was just as disgusted by what that cop did but this friend justified rampant looting and destruction by saying 'well, how else they would be paid attention to?'. Just about in those words!!

I think will be close call, but I think Trump will win small margin. Even if Biden win, he won't have big margin. Cause facts don't win you elections.

Then they wonder why these places never reopen.

Needless to say, Trump is the superior candidate, and it's his foreign policy achievements, the resolution of the Afghan conflict, the Abraham Accords, cancelling the JCPOA and tightening sanctions on Iran, the trade war successes against evil China that make me hope he wins.
Unfortunately, it seems Biden will win this election because of the 1. African-American vote, 2. the Covid crisis (200 thousand deaths), and 3. extreme MSM bias
These are the three factors that have sealed a Biden victory.
Now as for Biden, he is an old, uninspiring and lousy candidate to be sure. But I do admire his running mate Kamala Harris. I wanted her to be the Democratic candidate since she announced her candidacy. I'm very disappointed that Biden was chosen instead. The guy is extremely old, he'll be in his mid 80s in 2024 when he's up for re-election.

If there are going to be attacks against minorities then it will be if Biden wins. The Trump supporters will, with some justification, blame immigrants and other minorities for a Trump defeat. Speaking of which, 72% Indian-Americans are rooting for Biden--quite a turn around from 2016!!!!

This elections is like none anyone of have ever seen--or even heard of--since 1860 or 1932 (approx dates) related to the Civil War and the Great Depression! And if neither side wins decisively then expect prolonged legal disputes and nastiness that we have never seen before--both on and off the streeets. Watch the history in making!!!
Dude, read my entire comment. I literally said there will likely be terrorist attacks, if Biden wins.

As a Northerner my friends found the attitude in Myrtle Beach (or was it Virginia Beach) something out of pre-MLK segregation days. They were like WTF did I step in a time machine.

Great post right back at ya

Your right, the rhetoric is so hot on the side of the left, I’m afraid a lot of people will have a mental breakdown in the next few days if Trump wins. If a senator isn’t safe from a mob, then who is. If democrats lose in taking the presidency, they need to find a way to go back rebuild their party on the basis of being a working man’s party. Policies focused on helping the working class and the middle class be able to afford their daily needs. Covid has drained many people’s savings and without some relief it could get a lot worse as the winter progresses.

The Bay Area has become a perfect microcosm of how far left Democrats run their government. Here in NY, Coumo has not been as bad, but has to deal with a far left segment of his party trying to pull him further left.

A few years ago I went looking for a house in the Bay Area, even rode the Bart train to see what it would be like to go to work, and I can’t tell you how lifeless and sketchy the Bay Area has become. Over regulation has sapped the spontaneaty out of the area, with the shut down of so many mom and pop locations. While on the other hand the BART looked like no cared. Even the realtors were hoping housing prices came down so people would be willing to move into the area. Needless to say, I thanked the realtor for their honesty and scrapped the entire idea of moving to any party of California.

The only people that looked content (not happy) to be there were the foreign Desi workers, but unlike members of my family that have been in the Bay Area for decades, the new arrivals don’t seem like they can even consider setting down roots due to the un-affordability and the hassle of getting their visa renewed.

LOL, It is already very clear. Biden will win.

Your number 3 point is what I've been hearing after that incident. I've spoken to many of my Democratic friends, and I told them you can't justify burning or destroying someone's property to get attention. Rather than help it hurt the cause even more because those that had any sympathy just lost it all, your back to square one.

Then the usual excuse poor funding for schools, no jobs and discrimination for blacks. I told many, we are immigrants in the U.S., come with nothing but clothes work hard and put our children through schools and everything, if in one generation we can turn ourselves around you've hard 3 generations to do it. In primary to high school, I've never seen blacks become serious instead of putting effort the only thing you hear, "Let me see your paper". The mindset isn't correct. However, the Blacks who come from Africa and seen the worst are a totally different breed, they work hard and excel often times more than whites in many areas.

Considering his age, Biden may not be running in 2024. By 2024 it will probably be Pompeii Vs. Coumo.
LOL, It is already very clear. Biden will win.

It could go either way. It’s all a matter of turnout at this point. A lot of democrats, independents, and a significant number of republicans just want Trump out. But on the other hand a lot of people are afraid a Biden win will mean anarchy so are also turning out in large numbers for Trump. It will be close. We probably won’t know for a few days.

Not very clear at all.

I just voted and I voted for Trump!! This was the first time ever since 1992 support for Bill Clinton that I moved away from Democrats. But, to be honest, I will not be sad if Biden wins. The real change in America is going to come eventually for the better but it can't be a rushed or a forced change, which the Democrats at this point seem to want to do.

Same voted for Trump -- but my motive is very different. Because this man blurts out his plans and thinking, and it helps Pakistan to formulate it's own strategy. Plus. I want him to drag on the China trade war and hopefully sink the market, so I can buy cheap.

/Self interest for the win \O/

Trump has gone too much to Right by supporting white supremacists groups. When Trump win 2016 my state which is deep Blue seen things which I can not think of. White folks flying Confederate flag on the back of there Trucks in suburbs. High school Children's who were not white were harased by these folks. I never in my life think of this picture. Even south is tearing down Confederate flag like on NC. But this year few white folks who voted for Trump in 2016 are going for Biden. They think Trump has gone too far by not challenging these types of group. Young folks are voting against Trump too.

If the pendulum swings too far one way, it’s bound to swing back the other way. These 4 years of Trump have allowed the far right to air out what they Really think, giving the other side a chance to counter their bad arguments and address their real worries if the democrats act smart (which they haven’t fully done).

Trump has really rocked the boat and democrats will need to really address real concerns of all people if they don’t want a populist like trump to return even if they sweep the election today.

btw just look at what the Italians have made for Trump (just to lighten the mood)

Why do you think Biden will create anarchy ? I think since Biden is the preferred leader of black and latino then they are going to be more submissive and Biden I think will be more responsive in dealing with incident like happening some time ago, thus avoiding any future riots
