For 365 Days I have been watching video of the water drainage , work being done 2-3 cranes and 3-4 people

This was expected

Should have hired 10,000 Workers and 70 cranes and work would have been done in 4-5 months

The Engineers have not left any room for Drainage around the streets = Which is why the water is running over concrete roads
