With nearly 14 years of Govt PPP has turned all the roads of Karachi into canals. Their incompetence is limitless in all provincial departments. During the monsoon rains, the cars are seen floating like boats on the streets. Every year the ministers come out with new excuses. Absolutely pathetic and shameful.

PPP is next-level man. It's basically a racially-driven party that looks like it would do well in Apartheid South Africa or a Nazi-administered protectorate. Indian Congress is leagues ahead of the PPP in that it's tied with some genuine ideology -- e.g., big government, non-alignment, etc.

Pakistani political parties (not just PPP) aren't that sophisticated, and it shows in our policymaking (if we can even call it that) and "governance." Pakistan's ruled by mafias masquerading as political parties. It's literally a democratic version of Russia if there was no Putin, but instead, competing oligarchs with thinly veiled mobs playing political parties.
