What's new

Unconfirmed: 2 Afghan nationals caught working for foreign intelligence agencies.

. . .
in a nation of 220 million+ refugees, it is easy to find few mir jaffars. The driving forces are poverty, resentment, and brainwashing. Good, they were caught, and I hope they were really culprits, as I don't trust my institutions. It can be innocent arrests to make fake news to gain some reputation.

Well technically they could just publish it and in reality it's just a story, who will ever find out if anyone was caught or not?

Will they do a count of the entire population and see who was suddenly picked up?

.
Those who caught the network are already working for powerful countries to change the regime inside pakistan.
People of Pakistan dont give damn shit to these cowards madar ooods
There seems to be a consensus in Washington that Pakistan cannot exist unless they have a degree of control over the state and social influence with how they see fit.

And if it tries to truly gain complete independence, it will go the Iranian way, and much worse since Pakistan is fundamentally easier to destabilise. (Afghan refugees, ethnic polarisation, weak economy)

Can Pakistan survive under similar conditions like Iran? No chance

The Indian involvement is a smokescreen to divert blame from Taliban to India.

These Afghans are TTP/Taliban hired. All Afghan refugees and migrants should be removed and Afghanistan should be declared a hostile state for the foreseeable.

It's a joint effort, India does not miss these chances, and IEA is not completely against co-operating with India

It's not a joint effort, it has and always been Taliban/TTP. India is a separate threat, LOC and political. I don't think the authorities want to tell the public the cold harsh truth.

Iranians have been involved too and that was quickly covered up.

Iranians too 100%, but it's unrealistic to think that India wouldn't take advantage of a situation just waiting to be utilised.

IEA are the type to literally approach India for aid in this task, at the bare minimum funding and intelligence support, tactics/training.

This doesn't need aid or any intelligence support/training. It's very crude.

I would understand if they take out a high value official in a heavily guarded complex, then the training comes into play. This is basics. Afghan smuggling, ransom, drug money pays for all of this.

Big population in the country, big buying power. Concentrate on meeting their needs through local industry. Curtail luxurious imports. Demand for dollars will decrease. Trade with China, Arab World and Russia in local currencies instead of dollars.

Washington: Pakistan will fck itself up if we are not in there.
Also washington: Proceeds to fck Pakistan up
Also Also Washington: Why would Pakistan do this to itself

Rinse and repeat
