I didn't know NCA is a bunch of fools.
India despite having enough fuel to destroy all of China and Pakistan it does not primarily concentrate on producing nuke warheads and still runs behind many foreign nations for energy production and technology. We clearly know what we need. Whereas Pakistan exactly does the opposite. While its economy is still in shatters it invests a lot in nuke warhead production and maintenance.
Are you not ashamed of that ? Is deterrence more important than feeding your population ?
