it is unclear whether she replied to a qestion or was giving a briefing. maybe she meant to say we are not considering any such issue at all. otherwise UN reports are usually made properly and given to media, and besides there is no independent mechanism in IOK that can record and generate reports...moreover human rights watch was alos banned in IOK some months back, or its members were asked to leave IOK immediately...
In all the context of the IOK situation, it is likely that indian media quoted her to give their army a clean chit on the issue, a sense that we are at your back, do it freely...and false sense of clear conscience to indian masses.
Unikely that the spokeperson would respond off the cuff to a question. Make no mistake about it, I am not denying that Indian troops or officials may perhaps be committing crimes in J&K as they may be doing so in any other part of India. I refuse to blindly accept that the thousands of troops stationed there are all angels and neither will I buy the version that all of our soldiers are saints.
My point which you seem to be evading here is simply this ...if Pakistan has evidence of such atrocities against the people or women of J&K why hasnt the evidence been reported to the UNO? The spokesperson here clearly states that no such reports exists
