Shimla Agreement don't only have this one clause which you Indians recite everywhere. Shimla Agreement also have a clause which pushes the Need of Composite Dialogues to Resolve all disputes among the two countries and India have always suspended dialogues in pretext of Security Situations. Which pretty much sums that India haven't been complying Shimla Agreement.

Let me give you an example of India following the Shimal Agreement - Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee visited Lahore via Lahore Bus Yatra - It was followed by Kargil Incursion.

So that agreement has lost its effectiveness and this is why Kashmir Case is being pushed in UN.

It's other way around: UN Resolution are not even worth of Toilet Paper. Shimla Agreement made it null - Void.

Ban Ki Moon has categorically said - Kashmir is a Bilateral Issue - UN can't intervine in it.

I am not going to search links for you. You have Google and you can find Shimla Agreement as Well as International sources.

Point 1 & 2 were Propaganda which an Average Pakistani Recite on PDF. Hence, I asked for link, but Distorted History and Propaganda can't be backed with International Sources.

In the last 60 years UN hardly played any role to solve the Kashmir dispute. They even failed to implement the resulution for referendum they proposed due to Soviet veto. What more nawas expect other then another UN unexcercise ressolution.

The expired resolution you are talking about was not implemented due to Pakistan's fault, why blame Soviet Union. Why didn't Pakistan Army vacate the Azad Kashmir?which was the precondition for the use of right to self determination ?

Since 1980 to till 2000 when Kashmir issue was topmost priority for both India & Pakistan and during that period both had an economy gap of 5:1 but since 2000 after UPA Govt took over, GoI invested its interest on “Growth” instead of Kashmir but Pakistan continued its obsession with K word and economy gap raised to 10:1, now see, that difference shows where we are heading.

The U.N has no business meddling in bilateral issues . Not that it matters , Pakistan can't accept the terms laid out by the UN, they want pak out of P.0.K first and place Kashmir as a independent county.no majority is supporting Pakistan's territory claim even at a international stand point.

It was UN which interfered in Kargil War which pretty much saved India from losing More territory. So its the responcibility of UN to push for the Resolution of Kashmir because India have never complied Shimla agreement and when two parties can't sort out the matter then 3rd party have to jump in to mediate talks.

I think UN very well knows whats it's right and what not... Can you recollect any successful attempt of UN resolving such issues... ?

with every year passing - the Indians are changing the dynamics of Held Kashmir
we can only write & say but what a un-Justice life of the people of Kashmir !
