To others, lets not disregard the objections on this bill (since its not only Fazlu who is saying it). Lets dissect "why" exactly is this bill problematic for people like Mufti Naeem (who isn't a complete lost cause like Fazal-ur-Rahman).

First you can't throw a man out of his own house. If a person has committed some aggression than first step should be to talk some sense into the Guy if he still doesn't listen and commits aggression again than a women should should return to her family or if she doesn't have a family than Government made shelter homes. She should decide herself weather to stay in marriage or get divorce. Man should get treatment. Putting tracker and throwing man out of the house may only turn simple aggression into honor killings.

Is there any punishment for wife-beating in Islam? And by beating I don't mean symbolic beating but actual beating which isn't allowed in Islam. Should police get involved in such cases since such person has transgressed Sharia?

As such no if a person is doing such thing than women should leave house people should talk to men if he continues same crap than divorce should take place. Asking man to leave for two days and he returning to same house would endanger women more. Police along with scholars should intervene as mediators
