30 Years ago international community came together to debate the challenges effecting our world. Until then development have been equated with economic growth only. In 1986 UN general assembly adopted Declaration on The Right to Development.
This defines development as economic , social , cultural and political process and constant improvement or well being of the entire population. It means development is the right of all individuals for active , free and meaningful participation in development and fair distribution of its benefits. It rejected foreign domination, racism, discrimination and all violations of human rights. It entrusted states with the duty to direct development for the wellbeing of all people and order them to work together. The declaration supported peace and disarmament and people right to self determination and sovereignty over thier natural wealth and resources. States have not always respected human rights in their development decisions. This has impaired development and contributed growing inequalities. It has led to decisions that had denied basic rights such as food , water and sanitation, adequate housing, education and health. People have been evicted and forcibly resettled from thier lands in the name of development. The most vulnerable and marginalised populations bear the brunt of development policies gone wrong.
Today the richest 62 individuals in the world possess the same wealth as 3.6 billion others poor half of the humanity. While some have plenty, million of men women and children are deprived of thier rights and force to risk thier lives in search of hope and dignity in distant places. Today 700 million people are living in extreme poverty with less then $1.90 a day to cover all thier needs.

Corruption bites into development gains and developing countries loose $170 Billion each year because rich individual and multi national companies hide money using tax havens. Unfair trade barriers generate and sharpen the inequality. Poor countries deprived of funds can't provide health care good education and basic needs to all thier people.

11 children under the age of 5 die every minute and 33 mothers die in childbirth every hour.
This is about power and money.
All infants and maternal mortality is preventable. Thier is certainly a need for change.
The 2030 agenda and Paris agreement recognise that next generations and thier future can be safeguard by our actions today and recognise that right of development is the guiding force for these actions.
The declaration is the road map for transformative change, a framework of rights and duties to make it work.
It calls for accountability at all levels. Full and free participation by all women and men and equality of opportunity for both nations and individuals. The declaration requires states to ensure that they are responsible for their actions. The right to Development improves and saves lives. when women have equal access to education and opportunities the positive impact on families and societies is well known. The right to Development insists that all individuals have a right to reach their full potential. Simply put, the right to Development is Development done right.

UN is the same US with a different name!. United nation's plans are at NWO's service. I remember John Bolton's quotes over united nations. He said we can attack any country without needing UN's enough permission. Also Senator Menendez said something similar. In fact UN based on our imaginations that helps poor people and defends human rights doesn't exist. UN has never condemned Israel's occupation of Palestinian lands. They never condemned USA's role in NUKEing Japan and etc. UN and UNSC are a tools in USA's hands to impose sanctions and wars on poor countries like Afghanistan, Iraq and ...
