UN is indeed a U.S tool and also like a whore that can be bought with money. We knew this when its official had to resign because of condemning Israeli apartheid or when Saudi Arabia threatenned to cut UN funding, hence forcing UN to get it off UN blacklist. So yes, UN is indeed a tool.
