Do you know that the final agreement has actually been a rather good one?
Shakeel Afridi has been struck out and the only two conditions left are these

(1) Pakistan has undertaken military operations in North Waziristan that have contributed to significantly disrupting the safe haven and freedom of movement of the Haqqani network in Pakistan;

and
2) Pakistan has taken steps that have demonstrated a commitment to ensuring that North Waziristan does not return to being a safe haven for the Haqqani network.

And the report(which is normal for those nations where the civillians hold the government accountable)

ELEMENTS.—The report required under sub-section (a) shall include, at a minimum, the following:

1) A description of any strategic security objectives that the United States and Pakistan have agreed to pursue in cooperation.
2) A description of programs or activities that the United States and Pakistan have jointly undertaken to pursue mutually agreed security cooperation objectives.
(3) A description and assessment of the effectiveness of efforts by Pakistan, unilaterally or jointly with the United States, to disrupt operations and eliminate safe havens of al Qaeda, Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan, and other militant extremist groups such as the Haqqani Network and the Quetta Shura Taliban located in Pakistan.
(4) A description and assessment of efforts Pakistan, unilaterally or jointly with the United States, to counter the threat of improvised explosive devices and the networks involved in the acquisition,production, and delivery of such devices and their precursors and components.

Now as a citizen of the US, I want to know where my tax money is going and how it is being used. Pakistan will be living in a fools world if it thinks it can continue with the blank cheque policy it has been doing on for so long. The Pakistani civilian government has looted billions of dollars.. and the money given for military fight against terror has been misappropriated many times.

The signing of new agreements and cooperation between the two countries - the results of the meeting, the delegation of the State Concern "UKROBOROPROM" with senior officials of the Ministry of Defence of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan under «IDEAS-2014".

The parties agreed on orders literally all sectors of Ukrainian military-technical production. Director General of Civil "Ukroboronprom" Roman Romanov, who headed the Ukrainian delegation noted that the plants have to work at their maximum capacity, people need to provide jobs and income to the budget of Ukraine - increase, so foreign contracts breathe more life into concern.

Separately, the exhibition held talks with the leadership of the Naval Forces of Kazakhstan on pre-existing contracts and opportunities for updating. One of the unique plants "Ukroboronprom" - SE "Pallada" - will receive new orders.

Ukrainian official, visited the booth and discussed with Roman Romanov opportunities to deepen bilateral military cooperation.

"Today, we are aiming their efforts at reviving Ukraine's defense, it will not only bring victory to the east of the state, but also win the economic war - to give people jobs and increase financial profit to the government" - said the head of this "Ukroboronprom" Head of Government of Pakistan .

During the exhibition Ukrainian delegation will hold important meetings that therefore strengthen international cooperation between Ukraine and countries of the Asian region, because the market arms is one of the largest in the world.

Highly unlikely PAF would have JF17 with two different engines. If they are thinking of then it would be with a western engine most likely EJ200.

There might be some thing cooking on the lines of a single engine stealth to counter the F-35 for this may be. But then an argument can be that by that time Chinese engines may be mature enough to fulfill that role.

Traditionally PAF has fielded 3-4 types of combat aircraft. JF-17's have replaced some old aircraft but the production rate is slow so a new type can be on the card but with a high\lo mix to maximise the capability.

If PAF is Reconsidering J10b then a single engine stealth with the same engine may be possible. PAF may look some what like:

Ukraine's state-owned defence industrial group Ukroboronprom has announced the signing of an agreement with Pakistan's Ministry of Defence (MoD) to expand military-technical collaboration.

Ukroboronprom said the accord was signed in Karachi at the International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2014, which ended 4 December, and covers defence industrial co-operation, as well as potential "new contracts".

Roman Romanov, Ukroboronprom's director general, added that the MoD has agreed to "place orders in virtually all branches of Ukrainian military and technical production".

Ukroboronprom did not elaborate on intended areas of collaboration, although the agreement follows an announcement by the group at the Eurosatory 2014 defence exhibition in June, in which it said it is looking to expand military industrial ties with Pakistan.

Invite experts to build tank engines, and to build jet engines and to built ships as ukrain did all that for Russia, Pakistan should become close friends with ukrain, there are going numbers of Muslims in ukrain and very knowledgeable military expertise to come with it, no need to fess just learn all Pakistan can from ukrain and ukrain is more than willing to share it.
