Yes so some of this tech can find its way onto the FICV/FMBT but not the entire system as is.

Even then I don't think the military will choose to go with Ukrainian stuff for frontline equipment.

it has already turned around. Ukraine just produces good ERA and engines(which we already have from MTU and HEMRL).Their electronics and fire control are not the best in the world where as IRDE can collaborate with elbit and sagem,VEM(india),BEL to produce better optics,BMS,self protection suites.The mk2 arjun already has world class ERA,optics,self protection, engines,transmission,firepower.How can ukraine contribute better.

Exactly. Ukraine can probably sell stuff to countries which cannot afford costly Western/Israeli products,
and don't have access to Russian ones.

"turn it around"? Sir, this is a pretty ignorant comment, it implies the Arjun is a flop and is riddled with flaws. This is simply not the case, most of the issues have been addressed and the Arjun Mk.2 is arguable one of the more potent MBTs available today....

I think Ukraine is doing India a favour by at least giving them another option. They took they time to assess our needs and did their best to meet them. This should be appreciated. That doesnt mean we need to buy their products but who knows, maybe we could get TOT from them. They are ahead of us in armoured vehicle design and production. They are also more willing to transfer tech than even Russia.
