In a conventional war Russian armed forces are a pile of scrap iron ready to be steamrolled by NATO.

The russians don't dare touch a NATO member that's why even the tiniest of European countries like the Baltics can afford to treat their russian minority like second hand citizens by law.

Do you think the population of Ukraine or the army will fight against Russia? Besides Western Ukraine there is no support fascist groups who came to power after the coup.
