There are many demographics in various countries that fall into this hold. Gypsies in Europe, Aborigines in Australia, Muslims in India.

The thing is,gypsies are mostly into professional begging,stealing,scams,scavenging,drug trade(mostly weed) and gang fights.

They are notorious in the Balkans for that. Now we're not talking about all of them,but most of them.

They are probably the hardest people to assimilate.

Now supposedly,the gypsies in Ukraine,where scamming or looting,that's why you see Ukrainian militias abusing them in various videos. I don't know what's the story with the video,but Ukrainians usually blame them for looting while the country is at war.

If you exclude people from the mainstream societies, they would resort to any devious act in order to survive. However, in places like Canada and USA, where gypsies are not excluded from mainstream society, they do fine and don't resort to the things that you listed. So it is the exclusion they faced, especially in education and jobs, that causes them to pursue notorious acts.

As other members have pointed, Russian Nazis are not in the government and the military and they are not going about massacring other ethnicities unlike in Ukraine
