You`ve gotta love the west,its certainly never ever been short of an excuse.If its not the pmd then its "killer drones" and if it wasnt that then it`d certainly be something else.

In fact the first confirmed usage of the shahed 131/136 was until 13/9/22,meanwhile the final text of the revived jcpoa had been circulated back on the 8/8/22.

The west could`ve rejoined the jcpoa at quite literally any time after bidens election,sadly tho biden for his part seemingly preferred to simply squander time and opportunities.Indeed there was a six month period between bidens election and the end of rouhanis term as president,yet Biden wasted a big chunk of that bizarrely expecting the iranians to make concessions while offering little to nothing in return,not even the most basic guarantee that the west wouldnt pull this exact same stupid sh!t again,and without at least that the deal is worthless.

Ultimately the west either wont,or imho it simply cant,say "yes" to rejoining the deal.
The sad irony here is that the west seems almost stubbornly set on repeating all of the same sorts of mistakes that it made with the agreed framework agreement with the dprk.
