It isn't the amount of money UK is giving as grant. It is more about the acceptance of CPEC as game changer in Asia. Initially there was so much hoopla about Free Balochistan, etc. But international community has come to realise that they cannot stop Pakistan from changing the game in Asia so rather than be a spectator why not participate in it and benefit from it. If UK has come to terms with the idea of CPEC then whole Europe Will accept it. That leaves only USA and India on the brink.
Pakistan is the centre of new silk route.

Yes this UK portion is. Only the ADB part is loan.

This is a welcome development even for India. The more this project is open to other countries the better for India. I would be more concerned if this was strictly between Pak and China alone. I hope UK invests more..

nope solution to dispute... call UN to conduct Pooling in Pak side Kashmir and Indian Side Kashmir no Pak Army or Indian army will be there.... and let Kashmiri decides if they want to choose Pak or India or they want to be independent... simple is that just Like England conducted polling for Scotland weather they want to stay or they want to be separate.... and People of Scotland decided to stay....
