David Cameron: Britain will not pay extra £1.7bn for EU budget - Telegraph
The EU wants us to pay £1.7 billion because our economy did well and essentially give it to other nations who didnt perform as well as they should have.
Bound to gather more voters for UKIP which I dont like as its mainly English orientated and leaves out the rest of us in the UK but its better than what we have now. Why should we give money to other wealthy nations, its a joke.

Germany receives a rebate of €779 million (£614 million), France €1 billion (£788.7 million) and Poland €316 million (£249 million).
