Sir @Rashid Mahmood , any particular details about the variant? total number in inventory now?

These are the Sea King Mk 4 Junglie versions used by Royal Marines.
7 have been acquired by the PN Air Arm, but I guess only half will be flown and the rest will be used for spares.

So to the previous 6, we may add 3/4 making it to 10.

These Mk 4's don't have sponsons, so they will be used only for SAR and trainings purposes and the present lot will be dedicated to ASW/ASV.

They feature improved Carson rotor blades for hot and high operations to cope with the challenging environment, defensive aids and decoys to fend off enemy attack, night vision goggles to allow the crew to fly at all times and in all weather conditions.

Sea King HC4 Commando is a Medium Lift Support Helicopter flown by Royal Navy Air Squadrons (RNAS) of the Commando Helicopter Force (CHF). The Commando can carry up to 27 fully laden troops or 6,000 lbs (2,720 kg) internally. Underslung loads up to 2.5 tonnes, such as Land Rovers or L118 105mm howitzers can be carried attached to an external cargo hook.

The cockpits of Sea King HC.4s are compatible with Night Vision Goggles (NVGs).

The CHF's fleet of HC.4s were upgraded in late 2007 with a new set of composite main rotor blades and a new set of 5-bladed tail rotors which enable the helicopter to operate in the mountains of Afghanistan. The upgraded aircraft was designate Sea King HC.4+.

These Mk 4s will be used for SAR and training missions only.
I am not sure how many, depends on their airframe hours and condition. Some of them will be cannibalized for spares for the remaining.
They were purchased pretty cheap.
The current Mk45s, PN has are ASW/ASV birds and will be only used in specialised roles.
