Its because topic of UFO's is given more coverage than mythical creatures like Yeti or The Lochness monster

well, you are probably right but you see,it is known too little about the Yetis and the Loch ness monster ,just like the UFOs...but if you notice..UFOs are claimed to be seen by more local people..I mean inividuals at different places and times..though Yetis are related to the Himalayan region mainly (many claims from american region as well) and the Loch ness monster to few lakes...Yetis and the Loch ness monster sightings are less frequesnt than the UFOs.

it was also reported some where that that Russian came up with this UFO concept to attack USA,under pretext that if they launch nuclear attacks on USA they could easily say after wards that it was the aliens who did it . Russians have a history of interest in UFO's, they actually tried to build few, here is an artistic impression what Russians had in mind

This is likely the so-called celestial mana sent by God; but what was it really? meteors?

6th July 1938,an unidentified object in Polish airspace being chsed by a military jet after the object was identified in the radar by navigator Mr. Stanislaw Z.
The chasing pilot described it as steel in colour rotating in its axis without any exploratory marks..just like a boomerang...the object dissapeared moments before the pilot was ordereed to fire upon it.

When i was in cardiff for my studies there was this report in newspapers about a UFO encounter with a police copter.didnt hear much after that. UFO's are common in Scotland they say.

China and India both know about underground UFO base in the Himalayan border area deep into the tectonic plates
