UFO’s are real says 127 US military personal

Aliens may have interfered with US and Soviet nuclear weapons during the Cold War in an attempt to send "a sign to Washington and Moscow that we are playing with fire", according to a UFO researcher.

Robert Hastings, a long-time UFO researcher, who collated the information, said at a press conference in Washington that "this planet is being visited by beings from another world who for whatever reason have taken an interest in the nuclear arms race".

He claimed to have gathered witness testimony from more than 120 military personnel showing infiltration of nuclear sites. Six retired officers and one former NCO spoke of their personal experiences.

In some cases, nuclear missiles supposedly malfunctioned while a disc-shaped object hovered nearby. Although the officers produced fresh affidavits detailing their experiences, the incidents, many of them the 1960s, had previously been publicised by UFO enthusiasts. Some of them were first disclosed decades ago.

Mr Hastings stated that beings from UFOs had also tinkered with Soviet nuclear weapons and speculated that the aliens had been seeking to send "a sign to Washington and Moscow that we are playing with fire".

Captain Robert Salas, a former US Air Force Inter-continental Ballistic Missile Launch officer, said he was on duty during one missile disruption incident at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana in 1967 when a "large glowing, pulsating red oval shaped object" hovered over the front gate.

He then noticed that the Minuteman missiles he was overseeing had shut down. "The indicators for all or nearly all 10 missiles showed as red-coloured ’fault’ lights, which meant that the missiles were disabled and could not be launched."

He said he was ordered not to discuss the matter but was never given an explanation by his superior officers.

In another case in Britain, Colonel Charles Halt said that in 1980 he watched a UFO directing beams of light down into the RAF Bentwaters airbase near Ipswich.

His security team "observed a light that looked like a large eye, red in colour, moving through the trees". After a few minutes "this object began dripping something that looked like molten metal. A short while later it broke into several smaller, white-coloured objects which flew away in all directions."

Sceptics pointed out that there was a lighthouse nearby but Col Halt maintains that the objects were "extraterrestrial in origin" and that "the security services of both the US and the UK have attempted – both then and now – to subvert the significance" of what happened near Ipswich.

How to spot an alien

Six retired US military officers and one former non-commissioned officer claim to have gathered witness testimonies from more than 120 military personnel revealing the infiltration of nuclear sites by aliens as recently as 2003.

With so many aliens filling the skies, here’s a guide to spotting a visitor from another planet:

1. Scour the airspace above your local nuclear site or defence base, especially if you live in the US, Russia or Britain.

2. Look for red glowing UFOs hovering above the ground. Pay particular attention to forrested areas.

3. But don’t ignore the signs at ground level. Sometimes the crafts will land, leaving tell-tale indentations in the earth.

4. You’ve hit the jackpot if you spot a cigar-shaped or disk-like object, firing beams of light at the ground.

5. But don’t worry, these are peace-loving aliens who like to deactivate nuclear warheads and then disappear into the cosmos before they can be thanked for their pacifist actions.

6. If you are not having any luck tracking down a UFO, don’t worry. They usually leave no traces, or if they do the security agencies quickly send round the men in black to erase them.

This means nothing. 34% of American apparently blieves in UFO's and military/former military personnel make up a good chunk of the American population, you're bound to get some people who will "speak up" about alien activities during their time in the military.

I'd like to say I've seen one, but I never have.

We did have a guy who was lining his hat with foil 20 years before the notion became a popular joke. He swore that towering cumulus clouds hid "motherships" and the like. He was an odd mix of total goofball + technically excellent civilian pilot.

UFO wants greencard lol, that's why they are always spotted in amrika..

Another airline pilot + UFO story, if you guys don't mind! :partay:

Much of our lives are spent in hotels on layovers. One layover hotel happened to be hosting some sort of UFO enthusiast convention in a lobby room. Typical setup - "We are not alone!!"; people wearing masks of grays and reptilians. Geek Central.

Here come three guys in pilot uniforms, ties loosened, looking for a quiet evening and a good night's sleep. Immediately, a dozen of the UFO types peel off and corner us before we could get in the elevator.

"Cool, airline pilots! So, how many UFO's have you guys seen? What shapes and colors? Did they hit you with light beams? Did your instruments tumble?"

"Dave, have you seen any in 30+ years?" "nope" "none" "me neither" "never seen one"

UFO geeks - "Aw Come on! We know the truth. They told you to say that, right?"

Us - "Uh... Who are 'They'?"

UFO geeks - "Uh, dood, like, CIA, Air Force, you know... them."

Us - "Sorry, there is no 'Them'."

They wouldn't believe us. We instantly became part of the conspiracy, like Chemtrails or Bigfoot.

I'm a believer in math and statistics. I've flown with thousands of guys, most with 10,000 to 20,000 hours of flying time, much of it at night. UFO's are a popular conversation topic, and I've run into ONE guy who thinks he might have seen something. The foil-hat guy has retired long ago, and actually he is deep into UFOlogy, has been interviewed dozens of times, and is always introduced as "Captain X, retired airline pilot, expert witness" and that sort of rubbish. ;)
