You know after oil production the biggest expedature is transport even via sea, big tanker required which burns expensive oil l, loading off loading risks and why they have to pay hefty rent. They have and can build storage in UAE huge deserts available.

It will not make any sense they produce oil then arrange to send India for storing and giving a big chunk of oil to India as a rent then if they need to sell it again they arrange transport to send it to another country..
1. Huge transportation charges on UAE
2. Big chunk of oil to India as a rent.

4 If they need to store oil they have vast land to store the oil inside UAE to save the transportation charges + huge rent.

Friend, you are free to form your assumptions on whatever basis - Pakistan being Islamic nuclear power or what ever floats your boat.

At the end of the day, UAE has a lot of investments in India worth billions already. And they are going to be expanded to close to $75 billion in the next few years.

The same way, even Saudi Arabia has investments in India, though vastly lesser than what UAE has.

So maybe India or Indians are not the people who you should be asking your questions from, it should be the Leaders of UAE and KSA. Because we already have billions of dollars worth of investments from them and more is coming.

With growing Indian import of crude oil....and also more strategic reserves coming in India in coming years( India intends to have strategic reserves for more than 3 months of its need by 2020 from current 2-3 weeks), UAE is simply lobbying for more business and greater share in future.
