UAE and Iran should also make a bridge to connect each other. In this way the land trade from Pakistan would also be able to reach UAE.

Pragmatism seems to trump politics. Let’s see where the chips actually fall, because this seems to undermine the years of trying to isolate Iran. This coupled with leaving the F-35 deal indicates a shift in the UAE, perhaps?

Oman would have to be a party to that; as it controls the land on the Arabian side of the strait of Hormuz

Not practical since the bridge would have to be very high up to allow large vessels to pass underneath unimpeded. And straight of Hormuz is heavy sea traffic, so bridge needs to not impede the traffic and cause a worse situation. Since it’s going thru international waters and not strictly Qatari waters to Iranian waters, it would likely require agreement from many countries to allow it.

A rail tunnel should be more feasible for cargo traffic.

Iran and UAE should have a land connection like the channel tunnel between England and France.

. . .
If they want to go by land, can't they just go through Saudi Arabia and Iraq?

Not really seeing the point of this.

. .
Are they saying there was no trade route before between turkey & Iran

Now adding UAE extension to it makes it bigger than before

. .
Iran's prioritizing port and logistics investments in the region and integrating them with the railway network may be much more effective than the challenging (both technical and political) investment proposals such as the land connection discussed here.

It would be easier if Oman and Iran built it, since Oman owns the Peninsular tip closest to Iran. Plus Oman has a role of a neutral player in the region, so probably will face less opposition from the Saudi's.
