UAE celebrity discriminates arabs vs non arab migrants, admits treating nonarab migrants differently

Serious question:
Is there a hierarchy within the Arab world based on the nationality of the persons?

For example, would a Saudi choose a Kuwaiti above an Algerian?
On the basis of colour, Yes.
Especially blacks face some discrimination but that is totally verbal, nothing like snatching their rights or jobs, no

. .
More Arab-obsession from partially Arabized people. There was absolutely zero racism at hand. Any fluent Arabic speaker will confirm that. I wonder why such non-stories and statements (issued daily by non-Arabs aimed at people they are related to and feel and affinity too) are not made into threads? Must be due to the well-known obsession.

Don't worry about these pathetic Arabs, their time is coming see what is happening in Yemen, Syria, Libya what previously happened to Kuwait. Iraq is finished and next in line is UAE and Saudi Arab- I was posted by my company got 16 months in Abu Dhabi way back in 94, boy that was enough for me never set foot again in that land and never will. !!

The history of the Arab world (cradle of civilization), landmass (size of Russia), strategic location (bordering the most busy trade routes in the world), resources (one of the richest areas on the planet in terms of hydrocarbons and minerals - if not the richest), population, economic size, potential etc. is enough to make the Arab world a global powerhouse like throughout history for millennia.

Anyway shall we open the pandora box and talk about 1971? Or how Pakistanis, Indians and Bengalis interact here or the common ethnic slurs aimed at various ethnic groups in those countries??

UAE, being one of the most cosmopolitan places in the world, is somehow a racist entity, where locals are a minority. What a joke.

Of course Arabs will have a special affinity for other fellow Arabs. Pakistanis will have the same for other Pakistanis over non-Pakistanis and similar Indians over non-Indians and virtually everyone else.

This feeling will only be heightened in a nation like UAE where Arabs are outnumbered by local expats for the time being.

Celebrity? Some random YouTuber.

Here an Arab (replying to his short video) is complaining about his answer, calling him a lying hypocrite and accusing the UAE of having preferential treatment for non-Arab expats over Arab expats and accusing Emiratis of only marrying with Pakistanis, Indians and Filipinos (lol).

This is a complete non-story if there ever was one but carry on.

Serious question:

Why do you care about internal Arab relations as an Indian living in the Netherlands, clearly obsessed with Arabs (seeing your user history on PDF)?

An Arab is an Arab. How the average individual makes a distinction is up to him or her. I see no difference.

This isn't an Islam thing. Just because they are Muslim does not mean they are religious.

PDF in all its glory. Simpletons at it (by most). Complete non-story. As if a Pakistani here or Indian will ever deny the obvious, that a Pakistani will have a closer affinity to a fellow Pakistani over a foreigner, or an Indian over a non-Indian. Caste system, internal ethnic hatred/rivalry (historical). As if we don't know all this already. Community violence each weekend etc.

Somehow only Arabs are singled out.

No offense but it is laughable given that South Asia hosts one of the largest amount of modern day slaves in the world, the entire caste system etc. It makes the most xenophobic Emirati an angel in comparison. Imagine how those people would have behaved if they were a minority in their own country? Just a joke.

I used to export cars into UAE & a Mercedes Diesel engine builder used to have Arabs licking he’s backside “mr dean oh Mr dean” come for dinner come to party we want to be just like you brother show us best nightclubs in London - as the guy was a Londoner .

Until they found out he’s name was aijaaz deen and was a light skinned Pakistani Brit
Lol
everything stopped mood changed They didn’t want to know him .
Overnight he was now a servant
Never bothered him as he worked for Mercedes directly and transferred to UK

WTF is this? If you want to use this type of language go to any arab circle jerking site.

@waz @AgNoStiC MuSliM

It is the truth (ground reality), and neither an insult or against any forum rules so why are you crying? Maybe you should worry about the inferiority ridden trolls in this thread that are insulting 500 million Arabs based on some harmless statements by a Emirati nobody (random Youtuber)? As I think that those statements are actually against the forum rules.

Next time around you will call the moderators if I tell that your username is Arabic and cry "racism".

Well, because I did notice Arabs in the Netherlands making this distinction.
That is why I asked an Arab from outside of the Netherlands, to know or to confirm if this also happens in the Arab world.

What I have seen and heard myself in the Netherlands is the following:

What I call the 'Closeness to Mecca' theory, a theory where Arabs that are closer to Mecca are 'more' Arab than others and therefore 'better'. This is linked to the spread of Islam and the Arabisation of the Middle East and North Africa.
The hierarchy is (what I have noticed):
1. Arabian Peninsula Arabs, because this is where Islam started
2. Levant Arabs, this is where Islam first spread to
3. North African Arabs, this is where Islam later spread to

Another theory has to do with how people look. That is what I call the 'Black and white' theory.
The Africans of negroid / black descent that are Arabised, such as Sudanese or Somalians are seen as lesser Arabs than the 'white' Arabs from Syria, for example. This is also called colourism, which happens all around the world, but if you say that an Arab is an Arab and that their skin colour does not matter, then either you are blind and deaf since you do not see and hear what your fellow Arabs do and say, or you are lying.

The last theory is what I call the 'Loose and sanctimonious' theory. Because Moroccan and Lebanese women are known to be more free and especially Moroccan women have the reputation of prostitutes, a lot of Arabs from the Arabian peninsula think lesser of Moroccans and Lebanese, because they have loose morals. However those same Arabs do chase these women and / or use their services, which makes them sanctimonious.

.
That may be true but being with your own race and people who are genetically very similar to yourself can be more pleasant regardless.
Arabs don't really like the Sudanese as they are black. Even in UAE some of the blacks who have been there for almost 500 years are not allowed their passport and told to go back to Africa and get a passport. it's not all straight forward. this is why all the prophets came to these people

Fascinating stuff. You should write a doctorate degree sponsored by PDF somewhere in the jungles of Suriname about this topic. I am sure that a Noble Prize is waiting for you.

Thank you, another expert on Arab-Arab relations (can you even count to 10 in Arabic) and some fairytales of 500 year old presence and no citizenship etc. Everything as it is supposed to be on PDF in other words. Bullshit talks.

Yeah, I hate Sudanese, there goes not 1 single day without me cursing those poor people.

.
I say same thing as I say in other discussion.
All countries are racist, some more some less.
Not all arabs bad not all arabs good.
Same for all countries, for India and Pakistan too.
Do you think non arabs not racist.
I think it not big issue. It only change with time, look at USA. It was racist but now change.
Also I think it is nature for human to feel like this for someone from other place who look different. Same like your other discussion about china.
I think main problem is migration, why migration. Why always running from problems. If my home break and become and dirty, I repair and clean it not go to other home. This way things can be good not by running away from it.
If run then be ready for this things.

. .
Gamal Abdel Nasser never used the word " Islam Israel war " . He said " Arab-Israel" war. Arab nationalism is centuries old. No surprise for me, good for them.

Funny.

Very well. I will leave you alone for today.

Edit:

@ArabianEmpires&Caliphates

I just saw the last sentence with the emoticon you had added.

Since you continued, then I will have to continue.

So, let's say I have written a doctoral thesis. Because that is what it is called, and not a doctoral degree. You write a doctoral thesis to obtain a doctoral degree.
After I have done so, in which scientific journal of the Arab world should I publish the thesis in?

The Arab world is currently of course the most advanced region when it comes to science, right? There are obviously so many reputable scientific journals that I can choose from, right?

I mean you have a...

and there is ...

and do not forget ...

So many choices.

I am sure that a Noble Prize is waiting for you.

It is called a Nobel Prize and not a Noble Prize.

And the Nobel Prize will not be waiting for me, I will have earned it by working for it.

Only a lazy Arab like you would think that a prize is waiting for him to collect it.
