Nothing worse than put you on ready and then nothing happen . it was exactly what was happened when I was conscripted in Sistan and Baluchistan and Abd-almalik-rigi make any movement we were put on ready for 48 to 72 hours and then nothing would have happened .
We started to think it's way of saving face for higher ups when their measure have been failed and they wanted to say we are doing something .
The photos I saw of the wreckage suggest there well be a lot of debris if you go and look under the see what iran showed look more like part of a wing that stayed afloat .Do you know how massive this drone was?
What you have in the photos = peanuts (useless leftovers)
I edited my response due to 'shallow waters' remark, there is always a possibility for a few leftovers to surface in shallow water environment due to waves.
I edit my responses very often - norm. Check my posting history (many posts edited).
By the way if it's this drone then the front part is salvageable. Probably if anybody is interested he can learn something from the sensors that are in the belly and front of the drone
But it seems the Engine and ESM and Radar are toast .
