Guys, how do you think the mighty U.S Navy plans to defend it's carrier against Iranian boats?
Any guess?

Perhaps you thought of some super duper missiles which can target Iranian boats, the way U.S defense industry advertises in their Hollywood clips!

or maybe you thought of their super duper helicopters equipped with the same super duper missiles (specially when we are talking about USS Boxer).

Well you are wrong, let's put American fantasies aside and have a look at American's solutions in REAL WORL:

Solution one, a light armored vehicle!!!
APC on board USS BOXER.jpg

That's right, that vehicle is supposed to protect the U.S navy!
I'm pretty sure American marines felt much more secure after that, perhaps it's one of the secret alien allies of United states of America; Autobots or Decepticons, hard to tell!

Solution two, Another borrowed vehicle!

That's right, none of the ships in that flotilla had any electronic capability to counter Iranian drones, so they parked another vehicle on board that helicopter carrier to supposedly jam Iranian drone's communication!

Solution three, American dream!
Then Americans lied about downing an Iranian drone which came within 1,000 yards of the USS boxer.

What's better than a small lie to boast American dream (delusion)?
At roughly 5:30 p.m., Capt. Dowdell took to the vessel-wide loudspeaker to thank the sailors and Marines for successfully and professionally traversing the strait, making no mention of the downing.
U.S. naval officials from the navigation bridge said the convoy had passed through the strait without major incident.

At about 10:15 p.m., Mr. Trump announced the drone downing, surprising many members of the crew. He said the Iranian drone threatened “the safety of the ship and the ship’s crew.”

P.S
The only problem was that later Iranian published the drone footage flying right above that ship and escorting it to the end of strait uninterrupted:

What do you think? what other vehicles should Americans park on their ships to protect themselves?!

My suggestion ,they park some historic classic power car over the deck . iranian youngs rather like those cars ,maybe it can distract the operator and he film that car instead of the ship itself.
Some suggestion.
1969 Boss 429 Mustang
1969 Dodge Charger R/T-SE

If they are insisting on trucks guess this one have more effect than the current one.
1947 Chevrolet 3100

Or they can go for newer ones
2016 Ford Mustang GT
2017 Chevrolet Camaro SS

I guaranty these ones have far more effect than the current one

Lol marines pull their vehicles on main deck to practice shooting against simulated targets, marines spend months at sea and there is not exactly any land to drop the vehicle off. Same thing with the vehicle fitted with jammers, destroyers and cruisers that surround LHDs and Aircraft Carriers pack more EW power than most countries possess.

Let me correct you, they are practicing to shoot at simulated naval target, thanks for confirmation!

and yet they have to brag about that tiny EW car, or more correctly it's failure, thanks again.

Very Interesting ...how Iran's asymmetrical tactics makes billion dollar assets ineffective and actually turns them into liability..case in point ..The bigger the aircraft carries the easier target for anti ship missile to find them...or just a simple rigging to turn an artillery shell in to a deadly IED...they had to develop multi million dollar MRAPS to counter them or how the Yemen coalition with all the intelligence and satellite capabilities can not find where Houthie missile are, or where they are manufactured...Triumph of mind over matter..lol

Its not even funny when Iranians think they can take on USN or US full might , its dumb .. they are the super Power weather you like it or not , and if they concentrate their Power to destroy Iran, All it will take is one of their Fleet's in Gulf .

and if Iran decides to drown that fleet, all it takes is few missiles and no more than few minutes.

Short of tactical nukes, US air force and navy in the 2500 km range away from Iranian border cannot match Iran's fire power.

Dude, just go and read about US fleet's and the ships included, You must be deluded to even believe that you can drown an entire US fleet with your not so great Anti ship cruise missiles or CM .

. .
Yes you wish that, You really think its that easy to drown US fleet ? like US ships have no AD systems on board ? come out of that delusional state of mind .
Americans's own simulation which was based on their future air defense systems (which still don't have) showed that Iran can drown their entire pathetic fleet with 20000 servicemen in 5 minutes:

That's why U.S and it's allies didn't invade Iran after Iraq, the only delusional one here is you.

No matter how advanced an AD system is, it wont be able to track and shoot down a quasi ballistic missile that dives straight onto the target at a 90 degree angle and which has a high supersonic speed.
And Iran has several types of ballistic missiles that it can use to sink the entire fleet stationed at the gulf and the arabian sea, whether anyone likes it or not, thats the reality.

Ok , whatever floats your boat :)

.
When Iran has to fake up an aircraft carrier for the boats to practice against, and you guys are bringing up the US exercise that Iran cannot replicate? The delusion from you guys are ginormous.
