I agree completely with what you say, but Russia is still pretty good technologically, but they are cowards, and are far to poor, to mass produce its highest tech equipment. T-14 is no joke but they don't have the economy or industry to produce alot to be a real threat to nato. In essence, they become a paper but with a sharp point.
