Chinese nuclear arsenal 'steady growth'

U.S. media release entitled '2013 Chinese nuclear forces,' the report, which estimated that China has about 250 nuclear warheads, of which 148 land-based ballistic missiles, 20 air-launched missiles, submarine-launched ballistic and cruise missiles specific unknown quantity at five nuclear powers, China is the only country to increase the number of nuclear weapons, but the growth is slow. Meanwhile, China also enhanced the performance of nuclear weapons.

The report believes that China's current nuclear arsenal has 60 long-range missiles that can reach the United States, but only 40 can hit the U.S. mainland. The report also warned that if the U.S. ballistic missile defense system to expand or improve, will likely could lead China to deploy multiple independently targetable re-entry missile. 

USA has THOUSANDs of Nukes that can hit the Chinese mainland but China only has 40 nukes that can reach the US mainland but yet China is pictured as a "threat" while USA is pictured as a "good guy" LOL

USA plays its dirty politics everywhere, Pakistan is well aware of it and we Indians are getting to know it too

Well, vast majority of Chinese nuclear arsenal are large strategic nuclear warheads which are designed to be deterrents. Nuclear warheads takes a lot of money to maintain, so as long as there is sufficient deterrent, there really isn't the need for too many of them. One of the reasons that Russian and American nuclear device count is so high is because a lot of those are tactical devices designed during cold war era. These were intended to be deployed in actual battle field.

I beg to disagree. Not all countries use them as a deterrent. At least not the USA. They would bomb any country if they feel they can get away with it. Example, Japan and also threatened China during the Korean War.
