If China jailed 1 million Uighurs China needs to build a prison system twice the size of China's biggest Uighur predominant city. China is not very poor, but is also not that rich yet.

Uighur population rose from 8 million to 10 million in barely a decade, the fastest growing populatiojn in China.

So... Muslim population in India also grow from 2% in 47 to 18% in 2011... India have more Muslim then the total population of Pakistan...

We want to know HOW they got the 1 million figure. The evidence of the source.
Especially in light of the Iraq WMD fiasco which resulted in the deaths of millions of Iraqis. The Kashmir issue at the UN is irrelevant here. That admission came at a time when the UN was a relatively honest and altruistic organisation. Since 2000 the UN has been a dubious & corrupt organisation.

Correction. Pakistan was ultimately made as a safe space for a unique race of people who are completely different to indians, who also have a unique culture and way of life.
