U.K. court orders extradition of Tiger' Hanif to India
After nearly two decades, the law has finally caught up with Tiger' Hanif, an alleged associate of the underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. A British court has ordered his extradition to India, where he is wanted for his role in two terror attacks in Gujarat.
Hanif, 51, whose full name is Mohammed Hanif Umerji Patel, has been charged with involvement in a grenade attack in a crowded market at Surat in January 1993, in which an eight-year-old schoolgirl was killed and more than a dozen people were injured. He has also been accused of leading an attack on a jam-packed railway platform at Surat three months later, in which 12 people were seriously wounded. After the attacks, which followed anti-Muslim riots in the State in 1992, Hanif fled to Pakistan before ending up in Britain. He was arrested in February 2010, after Scotland Yard detectives, acting on an Interpol warrant, found him working in a grocery store at Bolton, a town in north-west England.
Indian authorities sought his extradition on charges of conspiracy to murder and to cause an explosion. He is also accused of helping one of his accomplices escape by giving him cash, a weapon and a passport.
The prosecution told the court that Hanif wanted to get revenge for the 1992 anti-Muslim violence and used charitable donations to a Muslim refugee camp to fund the bombing campaign. This defendant played a prominent role in setting up a camp for Muslim refugees. The refugee camp had a fund set up to collect donations, and it was agreed by this defendant and three other witnesses that the fund would be employed to buy weapons, prosecutor Clare Montgomery said.
Mohmad Ghadliali, a co-conspirator, said in a witness statement that the decision to obtain weapons for revenge was taken at a meeting attended by him, Hanif and two others.
Lawyers for Hanif opposed extradition, arguing that he would be tortured by Indian investigators.
But a Westminster magistrate on Wednesday rejected the claims and ordered his extradition, describing him as a classic fugitive.

Its hard to tell to the common people of India but it’s a truth that all the terrorist attacks on India have a link to US and UK. It has been proved that whatever terrorist attacks India faced during last 20 years were linked with Dawoon Ibrahim and it is well known that Dawood Ibrahim is an asset of CIA. Even if India lost lives of around 600 to 800 people in different terrorist attacks in 2008, which were organized by rogue agents of ISI, it was also found that those rouge ISI agents were double agents who were working for MI6/ CIA. We find Pakistan is always controlled by US/ UK and nothing they can do until US/ UK want them. Even if India lost over 20,000 lives in Kashmir during 1989 to 2007, it was directly or indirectly backed by US/ UK and they recognized terrorism only after 9/11 2001 attack on US. It has been proved that US/ West don’t recognize terrorism until they lose lives of their own people also and their government agencies like CIA/ MI6 have been giving protection to the most wanted Indian terrorists like Dawood Ibrahim and his men. Tax payers of US/ UK use their tax money to fund the terrorist organizations like CIA/ MI6 of West to kill people of developing countries like India, it’s a truth, whether we accept it or not
I would recommend, Indian government would make sure that the governments of West would understand that people are people, whether its Westerners or Indians. And if their government agencies organize terrorist attacks on the Indian cities then India would also use RAW to give a ‘fit’ response to these Western countries. If CIA/ MI6 may use terrorists like Dawood Ibrahim and his men to kill over 800 in 2008, by using ‘Indian Mujahidin’ through the double agents of ISI who work for their Western lords, then Raw would also make sure that they would also have those terrorists in their pocket who may score at least a similar number in US/ UK to make them understand meaning of lives of Indian people. I would strongly recommend that RAW would give a type of ‘security guarantee’ to new AL Qaeda chief AL Zawahiri until CIA is keeping Dawood Ibrahim in their pocket. And if men of CIA organize killing of 200 people, like in Mumbai attack 2008, RAW would make sure at least 800 British/ Americans would also be killed in response to make their tax payers understand meaning of lives of Indian people. Congress government must not let India become a weak country like Afghanistan where CIA’s drone drop bombs on the big ceremonies and kill over 40 -50 people in hunt of just 2-3 militants. Traitor leaders of Congress must not let India become as weak country as Afghanistan that one day CIA/ MI6 may organize terrorist attacks on India to bargain Indian national interests in return of security of India, from their own terrorists like Dawood Ibrahim. There is no meaning of extradition of the terrorists like ‘Tiger’ if their handlers are not punished, who handled them for over last 18 years
Indian government must not ignore a ‘bottom line’ truth that for the government agencies of US/ UK/ West, people means only their own western people. And to fulfill national interests of their people, CIA/ MI6 may organize terrorist attacks on any part of the world, like how they did in India in past also. I remember, around 2 years before, US said they will not apologize to Japanese for the nuclear attacks during WW2 if Japan also doesn’t apologize for its attack on Pearl Harbor. Its because, even today, US knows that even if they dropped nuclear bomb on the Japanese people walking on the streets of Japan then it were Japanese not Americans/ western and they did that because Japan killed American/ western people in Pearl Harbor attack. Even if the nuclear bomb was dropped on the Japanese civilians walking on the streets of Japan, not on the Japanese military, even after 60 years since then, US is stick with a demand that Japan would first apologize for its killing of Americans in Pearl Harbor and then they will apologize for their nuclear attack on Japanese civilians. And Indian government must not forget that Japanese troops didn’t surrender after the first nuclear attack but after the second nuclear bomb dropped on Japan after just 2 days, when it got clear that if the Japanese troops don’t surrender then US may drop many more nuclear bombs on the Japanese women and kids walking on the streets
What I mean, until Indian government and RAW make the US/ West realize that people are people, Indians or Westerners, CIA/ MI6 won’t understand why they won’t try to blackmail the Indian government by using the terrorists like Dawood Ibrahim. Traitors like Manmohan Singh/ Rahul Gandhi/ Sonia Gandhi/ DIgvijay Singh must not let India become a weak country like Afghanistan/ Iraq. Until CIA/ MI6 don’t come clean with surrendering all the criminals wanted in India, who are being defended in US/ UK/ West, RAW would also keep the people like Al Zawahiri in its pocket to respond these countries in case of any type of terrorist attacks backed by the people like Dawood Ibrahim who are CIA’s asset

(for example, this is a Pakistan’s forum and have a look on the number of corrupt diplomats/ politicians who are wanted by Pakistan’s police but are being defended by the British government including former Pakistani president Mr P Musharraf who is charged for murder cases also?

While winner of MMRCA, the Rafale, is made by just one country, the France, including its engine so France is confident to make new technologies by themselves in future and can get progress by themselves. While these main pigs of the world, the British, are either relying on the technologies developed by US+EU, or, they are picking all those corrupts and criminals who have committed different crimes in their home countries and can be of any use for Britain, the nation, to help Britain get progress by either way. Only this type of corrupts and criminals can help Britain get progress, the belief common British nationals have got right now
