Firstly Holi is not designed to molest women, drink or do what ever vulgar thing you can do under influence of alcohol. Male female interaction is not molestation. So if you think entire country is drunk and molesting women, then you are day dreaming.

Holi marks the arrival of spring and for many a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships. Its a festive where anyone and everyone is fair game, friend or stranger, rich or poor, man or woman, children and elders, you share happiness, love and joy.

Out of billion people there might be some people who get intoxicated or who tries to take advantage of situation, but that happens in all big festive which gives opportunity to opposite seces to meet and enjoy. so you cannot just pick one color and paint all...
