The Company Commander of BGB’s Nakshi outpost said the incident took place at Meghalaya’s Chichingaparha under Tura district’s Barangaparha on Monday night.
The deceased have been identified as
Hemanta Coch, 20, and Shital Coch, 21, of Jhinaigati’s Rangtia. Their bodies are currently with the Barangaparha police.
Subedar Abdul Quddus, the commander, told bdnews24.com five youths had loitered into India territory on Monday night.
Locals suspected them to be thieves.
He said three others — Sushanta Coch, 19, Biswanath Coch, 21, and Madhab Coch, 20 — managed to flee.
Hemanta and Shital were beaten to death, Quddus said.
The trio is currently in hiding fearing arrest, said Jhinagati police OC Md Belal Uddin Tarafdar.
BGB Commander Quddus said they were in touch with the Indian border force BSF to get back the bodies.

though it is inhuman,but its also a fact that criminals frequently cross border for their activity..in Kolkata(also in few cases our locality) too,crime was attributed criminal gangs from Bangladesh..decoity,murder and other crimes were attributed on them..
