RIYADH: Two Saudi policemen were killed when their patrol came under fire in Riyadh early on Wednesday, police said, in the second drive-by shooting targeting police in less than two weeks.

The pre-dawn attack came in an eastern district of the capital, a police spokesman said in a statement carried by the official Saudi Press Agency.

RIYADH: Shots fired from an unidentified car killed two Saudi Arabian policemen in an eastern district of the capital Riyadh in the early hours of Wednesday, the official Saudi Press Agency reported citing an unnamed police spokesman.

The policemen were patrolling in their vehicle at 1:30am when shots were fired at them, killing Thamer Amran al-Mutairi and Abdulmohsen Khalaf al-Mutairi.

Last month two policemen were shot and injured in a similar attack in Riyadh.

The eastern part of the city is too densely populated and too crowded.

In my 4 years here, I have gone there maybe 5 times.

I hope these idiots are brought to justice.

We must know who did this, and why they did this ?

But the Americans are not willing to involve as these Houthis and Isbulla organisations are directly supported by the iranis .US want Iran in the war against IS and Arab regional stability . Poor Egypt and Pakistan are not willing to send their troops but do they have any options left ? It's an open secret most of the terrorists organisations are funded by Saudis from terrorist in Pakistan to IS . From Al Qida to Talibans in the name of Wahabi ideology and sharia law .

Hope Saudis won't end up like Iraq . They are risking by trusting Americans might jump in. But at the end of the day US will say bye bye and KSA end up like Iraq . Desvastated Land Mass !!!! God forbid if Anti Sunni groups take down the easy targets like Water purification facilities , gas and oil pipelines and few other infrastructure then it's gonna be a disaster for kSA .... Very bad move . Pakistan must be careful as Shias are almost 30% of KSA .

Why are you relating this to Yemen? Was the attack a month ago related to Yemen too? Does it say Yemen anywhere here? When someone else die in Saudi will it automatically be related to Yemen too?
