Karachi always remind me of Operation Phantom fury. 2004 Clearance of Fallujah operation. Tell everyone to leave. Kill every terrorist inside. Take Biometrics data and reissue ID cards for everyone entering back into city . Those neighbourhoods that are constant trouble makers, should be relocated outside Karachi. Metropolitan Police needs to play its part in actively scanning check points for such persons. Most of the times, its easy to evade police check points on bikes. Police has to come up with a better solution.

You are right, lot can be done with banning and hanging but just saying, worst come to worst. My idea is doable. There wouldn't be any MQM propaganda cuz they will not he allowed back into the city. We can't have nation of 200 million held hostage by few thousand or few hundred thousand. If millions can relocate from FATA, so do can people from Karachi. Not easy, since it not a warzone, but still do able.
