No you are not . u couldn't quash the freedom movement in east Pakistan /Bangladesh . And also not all people are separatists so one can't indulge in indiscriminate bombing .

Cause it will be an overkill. Our police force is more than enough to take care of the mighty mujaheddin. Besides keeping the Kashmir region on the boil serves other purpose as well.
