The overpopulation, more often than not, is the result of the social structure and culture influence. It is not a natural phenomenon. By removing the social cause, such as any laws that hinder self development, free enterprise and mutual respect between sexes, the population can regulate itself. Otherwise, it has to rely on extra social structure, such as birth control law, to counter balance.

we have problem with the ultra orthdox they make 7 children in everage they 11% percent from population and alot of them dont work and and dont study matematicks and english in school same think with some of the arabs in israel
