Jammu: Two soldiers of the Indian Army were on Tuesday killed allegedly by Pakistan troops near the Line of Control in Poonch district, sources said. The soldiers were killed during an attack on a patrol party in the Sona Gali sector of Mendhar, Army officials said. One soldier was injured in the attack, they said, adding that further details were awaited.

There has been escalation in ceasefire violations by Pakistan Army, which has been attempting to push militants across the LoC into Indian side by taking advantage of inclement weather.

In last about one month, Pakistan Army has violated the ceasefire agreement nearly a dozen times. Most of these firing incidents were in Rajouri, Uri and Keran sector to help infiltration attempts, Army officials said.

The pak army may be fighting ex Kashmiri militants with one hand, but it is helping them with the other. Pak has been playing this double game since 9/11. Even that statement of yours, that pak army is fighting ex Kashmiri militants which it once helped, wont be accepted by many of your countrymen. Most Pakistanis, especially the ones here on PDF, would say that the Kashmiri terrorists ("freedom fighters") are still good people struggling for independence, whereas the militants that pak army is fighting are afghan troublemakers, or RAW agents, depending on the posters' mood. Nobody would admit that your army is fighting the swame Pakistani terrorists that Pakistan army helped to create and nurture.

The martyred were Lance Naik Hemraj and lance Naik Sudhakar Singh from the 13 Rajputana Rifles..

Unconfirmed reports are they were beheaded..I hope this impotent govt just trashes this aman ki asha and lets the Army do its job..
