in short 2 kids pick up a grenade from a abandoned house .. they play with it and believed that it is a toy ..

grenade just got blown and both of them are injured and has been sent to hospital for treatment

its about the old Soviet era tactic of using toy bombs in Pakistan during the conflict of the 70-80s in Afghanistan.
KGB and its Afghan affiliate Khad agencies employed many terror tactics like targeted assassinations, bomb blasts and toy bombs

this news is about the same event where bomb designed to look like a toy injured unsuspecting children. killing children is an old terrifying tactic used by the both the faithful and the Atheists of the past and the present.

Now.. what is debatable is

who's idea is it? who is funding it and supplying it?
of course the planters are locals, unlike the Indian movies they cant be the super villains themselves.

but is it Afghan Khad agency once again? maybe during Karzai time it was plausible but now? when our forces are conducting operations within our boundaries in support of each other?

is it Russia? again, they got their revenge long time ago but now both countries see common interests and approaching each other

is it Americans? once again, no need really, what happened during Gen Kyani time is history, now forces of both countries and their agencies are buddying up once more with the change of command in Pakistan and the change of focus to middle east.

is it India? maybe it is maybe its not. such tactic is unknown in the past. okay it might support and run Baloch Samachar camps in Afghanistan but RAW was not known to use toy bombs.

TTP is the weapon itself, it is the grunt on the ground, who is pulling the strings?
