If the government of Pakistan which is a N-league government complains for a list of accounts the twitter will oblige. That doesn’t mean they were bots or not or violated rules, just because N league or other agencies requested it Twitter will have to look into it based upon the complaint.
Although with the amount of repetitive nonsense the PTI accounts had stooped to and lost purpose - might be a good thing. Most Pakistanis stopped caring in general anyway about them being shafted again and are now either trying to leave Pakistan or just trying to get on with their lives as much as their rectal pain receptors will allow
