Musk explicitly said that his cuts were mostly focused on getting rid of as many manual content moderation staff as possible.

If this sort of thing is implemented across most social media companies, then we can expect populist chaos to happen across most of the countries in the world, especially in poorer countries.


The main drag on Facebook/Meta's profits is the manual content moderation staff that were implemented following the Rohingya situation happening.


Aka, democratic populism happening everywhere all the time unchecked.
