Your "demographic army" might have swelled up in numbers in some districts but don't forget they are still surrounded by Tribals, needless to say most of the law enforcement personnel are ethnic Assamese. Days have been changed my friend. Now our demographic armies are the majority and your bodo or vodo whatever are the minority. If they try to do anything this time they will be sliced into pieces and these bodo/vodo etc. knows it well.

Sometimes I think that independent north-east is not that bad Idea. It's a much bigger threat of dying of poverty, disgusting conditions, terrible drivers, and potholes in India. I'd rather die swift and silent by getting blown up by a Jihadi, then die a slow painful death, on the streets, or in the hospital with both of my kidneys stolen, like millions of Indians do.
