dont worry Turkey develops 950-1500 hp diesel engines for T-155 Howitzer and ALTAY Tank

also TEI TS-1400 Turboshaft gas turbine engine for Helicopters ( only a few countries in the world )

also engines for UAVs , UCAVs and Cruise Missiles

I hope you know that the diesel engine development for the Altay tank has already failed after Austria pulled the trigger and stop helping developing it... the consequens was that they seeked Ukrain diesel engines as replacement..

as I said they cant... but don´t be ashamed... even south Korea failed to design a own diesel engien for the K2 with the same performance than the MTU engines... their own diesel engine delivers 20% less drive performance for the K2
