Just to let you know, the Vietnamese, the Korean, the Japanese and a few other country's citizens enjoy pork dumplings as well. I once in college persuaded my roommate who was a Muslim to try wonton dumplings (pork and shrimps) with us. He liked them and pretended there was no pork in them and continued to eat the wontons.
