What exactly does that last machine with the big blue, red and black gimbals do? It looks like the guidance section of a SOM missile at the center.
That is usually called "flight motion simulator". The test they do perform there is usually named as Hardware In The Loop (HWIL). Its purpose is to test functionality and performance of guidance avionics including its algorithm software (usually consists of autopilot-guidance, navigation and missile wide decision algorithms) and seeker avionics including its (if gimballed) gimbal controllers and (if imaging) image processing softwares. It is as close as you can get before proceeding to a real flight test. That is why, not everything is simulated softly. The real hardware is coupled with 2 things: 1) a test computer which calculates simulated flight dynamics and give the feedback to the missile as if obtained from an actual sensor (usually IMU and/or GPS) 2) an IR or Radar wave scene is created on a special device with respect to the scenario, in front of the seeker. So almost all hardware devices are used without firing a missile, in order to test the missile as close as possible to the real flight condition. That is why it is called "Hardware" in the loop. Missile under real world flight dynamic (real aerodynamics) and other phenomenons is tested by firing a test missile.

Sounds like we can expect Turkey to produce some very cutting-edge missiles with these tools. Thanks for taking the time to type up this fantastic explanation @Faith_of_the_Fallen . Much appreciated.

Anyone know if the mass production of GAN transistors is started?

I couldn't find which materials are gonna be used in these Semi conductors. Are They gonna opt for other materials other than Silicone? In any case this is great news, especially considering They are also targeting home appliances and Automotive sectors along side Defense Industry. This will help with export/import balance as well.

From their Linkedin Page;

They are suggesting Annual 5b$ revenue from this investment. I am skeptical about this, We need details about this investment.

Image is taken from Aselsans CATS day camera at around 18,000ft. Notice bars on the left side, the camera was not utilising full magnification capability yet the image is detailed enough to pick out individual objects on the ground.

The only thing that i noticed is :

I might appear not to be the only one clever who checked coordinates.

Why serial production has not started?
