no ı am not but if you read üsküdar.biz internet blog you can learn a lot,although the writer is somehow pesimistic about turkish business,he is qualifed naval engineer

Everything is not indicated. It always remains a very big part of technical and industrial secrets. The secret services of your country will never allow an publication of informations without having strictly controlled them.

you can not say details of specs of your sonar,torpedo,anti-torpedo and anti-ship missiles,even on general terms as such our hızır system is better than english sea sentor thats why we will channge first and second ship of milgem with hızır is totally wrong,what we shoul say we trust our systems more than foreigner sytems even it can be inferioer than that,they should think our sytem inferior,if ı know exact speed of torpedo ı can make counter measure more easily etc,,,thats why we are hearing export version,not same as their owns and you can not know whats the difference,if you make some surprise during war times you shoul not known,although its not confirmed officially during falkland war with the help of german and french,uk navy made succes on counter meausure aginst exocet anti ship missiles and german torpedos.Saddam cannot used effectively english radars,so the rule is simple make yourself as you can and make it secret,,,thats why they do not allow us to leave NATO
