MGR / Air Traffic Surveillance Radar

This primary surveillance radar (PSR) system is an S-Band solid state pulse Doppler radar. It has been developed for civil or military air traffic control and rain status determination. The system has been designed in accordance with ICAO and EUROCONTROL standards and guidelines. By using coherent advanced signal processing, aircrafts up to 60 nautical miles under different weather conditions can be detected and tracked. The system can simult aneously track up to 1,000 targets via Moving Target Detection (MTD) and Clutter Reduction capability by using low/high beam selection, sensitivity time control (STC), adaptive clutter map and Doppler filters. Also, the rain channel can provide 6 levels of rain strength information at 4° to 2 nautical miles resolution and 2D location of rain zones. The system has a clear spectrum output in accordance with the limits defines by NTIA.

Most probably, he linked Casus Belli's photo.. https://defence.pk/threads/idef15-5-8-may-2015-İstanbul-tÜrkİye.371036/page-4#post-7092032

More to it..If you go over this site. Aselsan to Unveil New Technologies at the IDEF 2015

Right click on the image and open image in a new tab.

In the Adres Bar it writes

Seems like we managed to unveil it before Aselsan can do.
