As I said before, our government does not look forward for sharia laws, neither the followers of AKP, the ruling party.

why?

We have actually great ties with Russia and China right now. People just try to ignore to look at the case as the way how it is, but that is the truth.

Our allies do not show support towards us, and they also know it. They also know that we know it too. That is the reasonb why we have a problem called as "Parallel State", a problem of a religious movement named "Gülen Cemaati".

That organization is based in US, specially protected and served by CIA and FBI.

After our Erdogan went full retard on international media about this organization, FBI had to remove the name of this movement from their "Houston Partnership" list from their website.

The US does not desire Turkey to own so much power, does not matter if it is some political power, or economical or military. Hence the trade between US and Turkey only accounts about $10-$15B.. And hence the US refuses to give their high tech military products or even their ToTs.

And hence they would certainly veto our UNSC proposal.

Yet China and Russia see and well know that Turkey is slowly shifting away from the western block, and thus they are pouring money into our economy.

Thus Russia is right now creating a whole nuclear industry for us (not only 1 simple nuclear reactor) with the latest state of the art techs.

Thus China is taking the investment of the rail systems of Turkey, which is also in their interest though (Beijing to Istanbul, then to Berlin and London).

Thus they offered to give us ToT of their missile defense system, thus they send our satellites for far cheaper prices than normal.

They want us to become more and more powerful, because they know our will of becoming totally independent on anyone on earth.

And the US fears for this possibility as it foolishly thinks that 'dependency' is the only thing what makes Turkey a part of the west.

Erdogan is right that UN is not representative.

But

Turkey is probably never going to get into the UNSC.

1. If any Muslim country has to get in (by religious consideration) - it will be one of the Arabs. Odds are - Saudi Arabia.
2. Turkey is a Secular country, so you don't get the benefit there even if the criteria were to be added.


Lastly. Get in line. The next country to join UNSC will be India. Period. If we can't get in, you can be sure, you're not going to make it.

So I don't know why Erdogan is worrying over this.

How can Turkey be the voice for Muslim states when most Turks want no part of it? Erdogan is just playing out his sultanic fantasies as usual.

In fact countries like Japan, Brazil, or Germany are more deserving than any Muslim state.

Nor does has beens and lap dogs of the US.. Britain and France.. I support replacement rather than expansion of the UNSC.. Brazil, Germany and Maybe South Africa to replace Britain and France and represent the globe

Erdogan just trying show his voice in international media, as mentioned before, there are other countrys that deserve it more than Turkey at the moment.

Well UNSC could never remain secular while dealing with the muslim world. The muslims of Cyprus, Kashmir, palestine, arakan, xinjiang, chechnya, bosnia and the list goes on, have all seen the benevolence of secular non-partisan UNSC. Is it bcs UNSC is non-religious and secular that a mass murderer like secular assad is still dropping barrel bombs over syrian children while a elected president like morsi was put behind bars by a blood thirsty secular despot like sisi ?
