Nobody's spreading hatred here. They're dismantling a deep-rooted proxy structure full of "cryptic" folks!!! This is no civil organization, we're talking about an army of "zombies" who can put into "robotic" motion on a mass killing genocidal spree by pressing a button!!! They have ben brainwashed into believing that they are following orders from Pennsylvania resident Mehdi/Mesih etc. who can directly talk to Allah!!! They came with F-16s and tanks and firing on civilians!!! Turkey has seen plethora of coups in its history but nobody had seen such rage and vengeance!!! They dropped CBU-105 cluster bombs on the National Parliament, Presidential Place and Police compounds!!!! Even mosques weren't spared!!! They tried to mobilize surface-to-surface missiles, thanks to some brave soldiers, but couldn't do it!!! By the by, they're not showing the slightest remorse!!! When videos of their activities are shown in the court house they just laugh the accusations away!!! IMO most of us have no clue what sort of folks we are talking about!!! Turkey has just been saved by Allah-u Azimushshan, not because of the folks roaming around, but because of those luminous Zats who are lying beneath!!!!
That doesn't quite help answer the questions there now does it? Politics aside, it is your country's responsibility to take care of its citizens abroad regardless of which ideas they believe in.
Coming to your points, yes definitely coups are wrong no matter which point of view one looks at it. What happened over there was terrible and should have never happened. There needs to be a clear barrier between the military and civilian society. It is not the military's job to interfere or run the country's affairs. Doing so only sets society backwards.
I can however say that you and your government are showing something called paranoia, an irrational kind. Okay, let's say that some maniac living in some quiet part of the US commanded a section of your country's military do try to bomb the shit out of your country and kill you. Wait, what?
So, can we say that the powerful and mighty Turkish military are compromised? That they cannot be counted and trusted upon to fight and destroy the nation's enemies? It is an extremely sensitive matter that you seriously need to think about instead of looking for people who may or apparently follow some idea that you don't like. It is not only bound to fail, but it will create unnecessary tensions within your society.
I mean for God's sake, you are a NATO member. At least try to act like one.
Taxes on cars are ridiculoussssssss in Turkey. Actually beyond ridiculous. The fact that I do socialise with Turks in Durban and Cape Town. There is one residential area in Durban consisting of at least 1000 houses which is dominated by Turkish residents.
As stated earlier, I did visit Turkey and I also visited some Turkish homes and residential areas (extremely hospitable people). Our middle class standard of living in Durban is on the same level as that of Turkey's. Clearly, we have more numbers of poor people than Turkey does. The standard of living of the middle class, upper middle class and wealthier in South Africa is on par (and on a biased note perhaps better) than in Turkey. One of my dad's Turkish friends who is around 40 years old remarked to us that the first Mercedes which he ever could afford was in South Africa
