"Kaan" seems to be a misinterpretation of "Khan", the name for the export version of Bora.

Bora is the product of "Project B". There is no "Bora-B".

So at the end: what is the range of those Bora and Khan missiles? Is it only 280km because if that's the case it's pretty disappointing. Especially considering that when it was first mentioned about this project it was said that the range will be at least a 1000km.

Misinterpretations can happen . But, if it is not a "states secret"; may we believe that the range of domestic versions is long enough to deterr theoretical attackers ?
Today South Korea announced that THAAD is active.
May we hope that we can get immediate ready ASTER 30 and S-400 ?
The global trends are horrible. All great powers are "fixing" targets.
