Idk if there is an official list but Rocketsan is among the best in terms of their wide portfolio of munitions that have been exported and used in several wars now. Lockheed Martin for example chose them as the initial partner for the cruise missile to be sold alongside the F-35, before the F-35 drama, then they pivoted to the JSM. But there are a lot of good companies with good munitions portfolios.

My bad on the South Korean one, I mixed up the on going M SAM with KM SAM, since earlier there was no M SAM project

All the above have been made by companies and countries with experience in AA systems and wars involving them.

Americans,Western Europeans,Russians,Chinese and Israelis.

Turkey is still ridiculously new in AA systems.

Don't take this wrong! The SIPER might be good. But it also might be mediocre. You can't put a brand new system from a company and country that just started making AA weapons,up there with the best of the best...and then say "OOOH ONLY TURKIYE AND THESE COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD".

Idk about the Bavar system, but SIPER is comparable to the SAMP-T, on the specs released they seem to be comparable, and I think ismael Demir commented about not needing that joint project that was being proposed between Turkey and Italy/France. Its hard to guage completely b/c neither system has seen extensive combat.

The Bavar system has performed poorly in Syria if I'm not mistakes, though no Air Defense system is perfect, each one can be overcome.

Correction: Bavar-373 was never deployed in Syria..This system will never be exported..what is planned to be deployed to Syria (not aware if it is yet) is K-3 ans K-15.... K-3 was the system responsible for shoot down of US global Hawk.

Bavar is a scam, everything what Iran comes is a scam . Against Taliban ther drone army could not do nothing, like that ther BAVAR can do nothing.
