Actually i understand the text, but thanks that you take your time and summarized it.Basically it confirms that Turkey is working on long range rockets/missiles for its own defense capability. Mentioning MTCR and the 300km limit makes no sense because Turkey is not developing long range rockets/missiles for export purposes. Then I saw that the author is bokdil
From what I've seen, that Mach 10 speed is exaggerated.. They say it's probably around Mach 5, which is still extremely fast and deadly.
